Default Permissions Behavior
This matters when setting up ranks.
When
usePermissionsSystem is disabled, HyEssentialsX treats common player commands
as usable by default and gates admin permissions behind operator checks. When the permissions system is enabled,
assign the player permission nodes listed on the Permissions page to your default group.
